Ingredients

  • 1 cupPotatoes, diced
  • 1 cupPaneer, diced
  • 1 cupCarrots, diced
  • 1 cupCapsicum, diced
  • 1 cupBroccoli
  • 1 cupPeas
  • 1 cupBeans, sliced
  • 400 gmsOnions, diced
  • 250 gmsSpinach
  • 100 mlCream
  • 50 gmsGinger, minced
  • 50 gmsGarlic, minced
  • 500 gmsTomatoes, diced
  • 4Green chillies
  • 1 bunchCoriander leaves
  • ½ cupCashews
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • ½ tspTurmeric

Preparation

  1. Parboil all the diced vegetables
  2. Parboil spinach and grind with green chillies, cashews and fresh coriander
  3. Heat oil and fry diced onions
  4. Add ginger and garlic and fry
  5. Add diced tomatoes and simmer
  6. Once most of the liquid is gone, add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric
  7. Fry till the oil separates
  8. Add all the diced and parboiled vegetable and diced paneer
  9. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for 5 minutes
  10. Add cream and stir
