White choc flavoured fudge

Ingredients
- 2 cupsFull cream milk powder
- 300 mlCream
- ½ cupSugar
- ½ cupWhite chocolate
- ½ cupAlmond meal
- 2 tbspGhee
Preparation
- Use a kadai and place it on a heat diffuser on heat
- Melt the ghee
- Add the milk powder, cream and sugar
- Stir with a whisk for about 10 minutes on low heat till it becomes a single mass
- Grate the white chocolate and add along with the almond meal
- Stir till the chocolate is completely incorporated
- Lay out on plate lined with grease paper
- When cool, cut into diamonds
