Ingredients
- 2 cupsMilk
 - 1 cupCream
 - ¾ cupSugar
 - 2 tbspArrowroot powder
 - 1 tbspOrange blossom water
 - 1 tspVanilla extract
 - 10Pistachios, crushed
 - 4Almonds
 
Preparation
- Heat milk, cream and sugar in a pan till it simmers
 - Add arrowroot dissolved in some cold water to make a slurry and stir
 - Add orange blossom water and vanilla extract
 - Keep on simmer for 5 minutes
 - Pour into 4 to 5 individual cups
 - Decorate with crushed pistachios and almond
