Ingredients
- 4Blue mackerel
 - 2 tbspGarlic, minced
 - 2 tbspGinger, minced
 - 4Red chillies, chopped
 - ¼ cupOlive oil
 - ¼ cupBalsamic vinegar
 - 1 tspSalt
 - 2 tbspPolenta (or semolina)
 
Preparation
- Make shallow cuts on the sides
 - Mix all ingredients and apply on the fish
 - Refrigerate for 1 hour
 - Place on grill, turning over after one side is cooked
 - Serve with rocket leaves and half cut cherry tomatoes
