A savoury mince dish without onions

Ingredients
- 500 gmsLamb mince
- 4Eggs, boiled and halved
- 1Bay leaf
- 1 tspShahjeera
- 3Cloves
- 2Cardamom
- 1Brown cardamom
- ½ tspPepper
- 1 pieceCinnamon
- 1 tspGinger, sliced
- 1Green chilli, sliced
- 1 kgTomatoes, chopped
- 1 tspChilli powder
- 1 tspGaram masala
Preparation
- Heat oil and add bay leaf, shahjeera, cloves, cardamom, brown cardamom, pepper, cinnamon
- Once spices crackle, add mince, ginger, green chilli and fry till mince is no longer pink
- Add chopped tomatoes and chilli powder
- Once nearly done, ad garam masala
- Serve with halved boiled eggs
Some people have problems with FODMAPs(fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols) in foods and have to avoid them. This kheema recipe eliminates some of the usual suspects like onions and garlic.
