Ingredients
- 1 kgLamb, diced
 - 1 kgOnions, chopped
 - 1 kgOnions, sliced
 - 4Green chillies
 - 2Bay leaves
 - 1 tspShahjeera
 - 2Brown Cardamom
 - 6Cloves
 - 4Cardamom
 - 1 pieceCinnamon
 - ½ tspPepper
 - 10Kashmiri chillies
 - 50 gmsGinger, minced
 - 50 gmsGarlic, minced
 - 1 cupYoghurt
 - Oil
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Heat oil, add bay leaves and fry
 - Add chopped onions and green chillies and fry
 - Add shahjeera and brown cardamom and fry
 - Add minced ginger and garlic and fry
 - Coarsely grind kashmiri chillies, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper
 - Add to pan and fry
 - Add lamb and fry till no longer pink
 - Add yoghurt and salt, stir and simmer till lamb is almost cooked
 - Add sliced onions, stir and simmer for 30 mins
