Chopped prawns and mashed cauli fritters

Ingredients
- 400 gmsPrawns, chopped
 - 400 gmsCauliflower
 - 200 gmsOnion, chopped
 - 25 gmsGarlic, minced
 - 1 tspRed chillies, chopped
 - 1 cupBreadcrumbs
 - 1Egg
 - Oil
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Boil cauliflower in a pressure cooker and mash
 - Heat oil in a pan and add onions, garlic, red chillies and fry
 - Add chopped prawns and fry till prawns are cooked
 - Remove from heat, add mashed cauliflower, breadcrumbs and mix
 - When cool add egg and mix
 - Form balls 5 cms, flatten, shallow fry in a pan
 - Serve with fresh green chutney
