Ingredients
- 500 gmsPork, diced
 - 500 gmsPork belly, diced
 - 400 gmsOnions
 - 20Kashmiri chillies
 - 25 gmsGinger
 - 50 gmsGarlic
 - 1 pieceCinnamon
 - 3Cloves
 - 1 tspMustard seeds
 - 1 tspCumin seeds
 - ½ tspPepper
 - 2 tspCoriander seeds
 - ½ tspTurmeric powder
 - 1 tspTamarind
 - 2 tbspVinegar
 - 2 tbspJaggery
 - 2 tspSalt
 
Preparation
- Roast kashmiri chillies, sliced ginger and garlic, cinnamon, cloves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, coriander seeds, turmeric
 - Grind with tamarind, vinegar, jaggery, salt and some water
 - Marinate pork pieces overnight
 - Grind onions to paste
 - Heat oil in a pan and add pork, ground onions
 - Slow simmer for 1 hour
