A ground almond pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cupRaw Almonds
- 2 LMilk
- 1 cupSugar
- 6Green cardamom
- 1 pinchSaffron
Preparation
- Soak almonds in hot water for 4 hours
- Slide off the skin and grind with some of the milk to a fine paste
- Heat 2 tbsp of the milk and soak saffron
- Crush cardamom
- Heat the remaining milk in the microwave, 10 minutes at a time, stirring between each period
- Heat the milk for a total of 60 minutes
- Place in pan and heat on a stove
- Add ground almond, crushed cardamom, sugar, milk with the saffron and stir
- Serve it hot or chilled
