A chicken tikka spiced with cracked pepper

Ingredients
- 1 kgChicken pieces
 - ½ cupYoghurt
 - 2 tbspGinger
 - 2 tbspGarlic
 - 1Green chilli
 - 1 tbspCracked pepper
 - ½ tspTurmeric powder
 - 1 tspLime juice
 - 1 tspGaram masala
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Grind ginger, garlic and chilli
 - Mix with yoghurt, pepper, turmeric, garam masala, lime juice and salt
 - Marinate chicken in the mix for at least 4 hour, overnight in the fridge is better
 - Roast in an oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, turn over and roast for another 10 minutes
