Chicken Kali Mirch

Ingredients

  • 1 kgChicken pieces
  • ½ cupYoghurt
  • 2 tbspGinger
  • 2 tbspGarlic
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tbspCracked pepper
  • ½ tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspLime juice
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  •  Salt

Preparation

  1. Grind ginger, garlic and chilli
  2. Mix with yoghurt, pepper, turmeric, garam masala, lime juice and salt
  3. Marinate chicken in the mix for at least 4 hour, overnight in the fridge is better
  4. Roast in an oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, turn over and roast for another 10 minutes
