Crab Canapes

Ingredients

  • 350 gmsCrab meat
  • 400 gmsCreamed corn
  • 1 cupCheese
  • 2 tbspGrated parmesan
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 72Mini toast melba
  •  Butter
  •  Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix crab meat, creamed corn, cheese, parmesan, chilli flakes and salt to taste
  2. Butter the pieces of toast and one tablespoon of the mixture and lay out on a baking tray
  3. Place in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes
