A spicy chicken soup

Ingredients
- 200 gmsChicken, finely diced
 - ½ tspChilli powder
 - ½ tspTurmeric powder
 - 1 tbspGhee
 - 4Cloves
 - 3Green cardamom
 - 1 pieceCinnamon
 - ½ tspPeppercorns
 - 4Curry leaves
 - 1 tbspGinger, minced
 - 1 tbspGarlic, minced
 - 200 gmsTomatoes, chopped
 - 2 cupsChicken stock
 - 2 tbspFresh coriander, chopped
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Marinate the diced chicken in chilli powder and turmeric for an hour
 - Heat ghee and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorns and let them crackle
 - Add curry leaves
 - Add ginger and garlic and fry
 - Add the chopped tomatoes and marinated chicken and fry till chicken is no longer pink
 - Add chicken stock and 2 cups of water and simmer
 - Garnish with chopped coriander before serving
