White choc ice cream with macadamia nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cupsMacadamia nuts
 - 3 cupsMilk
 - 1 cupWhite chocolate
 - 1 cupSugar
 - 1 cupCream
 
Preparation
- Spread macadamia nuts on a oven plate and roast at 160°C for 6 minutes
 - Soak in 1 cup of milk for 1 hour
 - Add white chocolate, sugar, the remaining milk and process till smooth
 - Add cream and beat to mix
 - Chill for 30 minutes
 - Place in an ice cream maker, in batches if necessary
