White Chocolate and Macadamia Ice Cream

White Choc Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMacadamia nuts
  • 3 cupsMilk
  • 1 cupWhite chocolate
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupCream

Preparation

  1. Spread macadamia nuts on a oven plate and roast at 160°C for 6 minutes
  2. Soak in 1 cup of milk for 1 hour
  3. Add white chocolate, sugar, the remaining milk and process till smooth
  4. Add cream and beat to mix
  5. Chill for 30 minutes
  6. Place in an ice cream maker, in batches if necessary
