A lamb and vegetable tagine

Ingredients
- 1 kglamb chops
 - 1 tspChilli powder
 - 1 tspPepper powder
 - 2 tspCumin powder
 - 2 tbspHot paprika
 - 2 tbspGinger, minced
 - ½ tspTurmeric powder
 - 2 piecesCinnamon
 - 300 gmsOnion, diced
 - 2 tbspGarlic, minced
 - 500 mlTomato puree
 - 1 cupChicken stock
 - 400 gmsChat potatoes, halved
 - Oil
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Grind cinnamon and mix with chilli powder, pepper, cumin, paprika, ginger, turmeric.
 - Apply to lamb chops and marinate for 1 hour
 - Heat oil and fry onions and minced garlic till soft
 - Add marinated lamb chops along with the marinade and chat potatoes and heat for 5 minutes
 - Move to a tagine
 - In the same pan, add the tomato puree and chicken stock and deglaze the pan
 - Add to tagine
 - Cover tagine with lid and place in an oven at 160° for 3 hours
