Cabbage Bhaji

Cabbage Bhaji

Ingredients

  • 500 gmsCabbage, sliced
  • 200 gmsPotatoes, diced
  • 2 tbspGinger, minced
  • 2 tbspGarlic, minced
  • 4 tbspCoriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  •  Oil
  •  Salt

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle
  3. Add cabbage, potatoes, turmeric and chilli powder and sauté
  4. Add garlic, ginger and coriander and stir
  5. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer till potatoes are tender
  6. Add salt to taste
