Ingredients
- 500 gmsRadish cake
- 200 gmsPrawns, peeled
- 2Eggs
- 1 tspGarlic, minced
- 100 gmsShallots
- 2Bird's eye chillies
- 1 tbspFish sauce
- 1 tbspDark soy sauce
- Oil
Preparation
- Make Radish cake as per recipe
- Heat oil in a wok
- Cut radish cake into small cubes and fry, crisping up some parts
- Add minced garlic, chopped shallots, chopped chillies, fried eggs and prawns
- Stir fry till prawns are cooked
- Add beaten eggs and toss till egg is cooked
- Add fish sauce and dark soy sauce and mix
One of the best ways to use up excess Rdish Cake or Lo Bak Go is to make this dish. It is a good substitute for fried rice. The prawns are optional but do make the dish more substantial.
