Ingredients
- 1 kgChicken, diced
 - 500 gmsOnions, ground
 - 50 gmsGinger
 - 50 gmsGarlic
 - 1 pieceCinnamon
 - 4Cloves
 - 3Cardamom
 - 1 tspPepper
 - 1 tspShahjeera
 - 12Curry leaves
 - 1 tspTurmeric powder
 - 2 tspChilli powder
 - 2 tspPaprika
 - 2 tspCoriander powder
 - 250 gmsTomatoes, chopped
 - 2 cupsChicken stock
 - 1 tspGaram masala
 - Oil
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Heat oil and fry ground onions
 - Add garlic, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamn, pepper, shahjeera and curry leaves and fry
 - Add diced chicken and fry
 - Add turmeric, chilli powder, paprika, coriander powder and fry
 - Add finely chopped tomatoes and simmer till soft
 - Add chicken stock and simmer till chicken is cooked
 - Add garam masala and stir
