Pappardelle with bacon and broccoli

Ingredients
- 375 gmsFresh pappardelle
 - 50 gmsButter
 - 150 gmsBacon, diced
 - 1 tbspGarlic, minced
 - 1 tspChilli flakes
 - 200 gmsBroccoli
 - 1Egg, beaten
 - 150 mlCream
 - 2 tbspGrated pecorino
 
Preparation
- Boil pappardelle as per instructions
 - Melt butter in a pan, add diced bacon and fry till soft
 - Add minced garlic and chilli flakes
 - Cut broccoli into small florets and add and stir
 - Add pasta and toss till warm
 - Beat egg, cream and pecorino together
 - Add to pasta and toss till coated
 - Take off heat and continue to toss till egg is cooked
