Fish pieces in a green marinade

Ingredients
- 2 kgFish fillets
- 4 tbspGinger, minced
- 4 tbspGarlic, minced
- 4Green chillies
- 2 bunchesFresh coriander
- 1 tspAjwain
- ½ bunchMint
- 1 tspAmchur (Mango powder)
- 4 tbspRice flour
- 2 tspGaram masala
- 1 cupYoghurt
- Salt
Preparation
- Grind together the ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander, mint and ajwain
- Mix together with yoghurt, salt, amchur, rice powder and garam masala
- Cut fish fillets into cubes
- Apply marinade and keep for 1 hour
- Spray with oil and place in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
- Turn over and keep for another 10 minutes
