Fish Tikka

Ingredients

  • 2 kgFish fillets
  • 4 tbspGinger, minced
  • 4 tbspGarlic, minced
  • 4Green chillies
  • 2 bunchesFresh coriander
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • ½ bunchMint
  • 1 tspAmchur (Mango powder)
  • 4 tbspRice flour
  • 2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 cupYoghurt
  •  Salt

Preparation

  1. Grind together the ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander, mint and ajwain
  2. Mix together with yoghurt, salt, amchur, rice powder and garam masala
  3. Cut fish fillets into cubes
  4. Apply marinade and keep for 1 hour
  5. Spray with oil and place in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
  6. Turn over and keep for another 10 minutes
