Ingredients
- 2 kgBoneless chicken pieces
 - 2 tbspGinger
 - 2 tbspGarlic
 - 4Green chillies
 - 2 tbspCorn starch
 - 2 tspCumin seeds
 - 1 tspChilli powder
 - 2 tspGaram masala
 - 1 tbspKasoori methi
 - ½ tspPepper
 - 4 tbspCream
 - ½ cupYoghurt
 - ¼ cupParmesan cheese
 - 2 tbspOil
 - 2 tbspCashews
 - ½ tspCardamom powder
 - 2 tbspLemon juice
 
Preparation
- Grind all ingredients together except the chicken to a fine paste
 - Marinate the chicken for a few hours, or preferrably, overnight
 - Cook in a tandoor or roast in an oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, turn over and roast for another 10 minutes
