Ingredients
- 750 mlMango Pulp
 - 500 mlMilk
 - 15 gmsGelatine sheets (Titanium - 4 sheets)
 - 1Fresh mango
 - 120 gmsSugar
 - 100 mlEvaporated milk
 
Preparation
- Soak gelatine sheets in cold water for 30 minutes
 - Heat mango pulp, milk and sugar in a pan
 - When hot, remove gelatine sheets from the water and add
 - Cut fresh mango into small pieces and add to mixture
 - Simmer for 10 minutes
 - Pour into cups and chill for four hours
 - Serve with a spoon or two of evaporated milk
