Mango Pudding

Mango Pudding

Ingredients

  • 750 mlMango Pulp
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 15 gmsGelatine sheets (Titanium - 4 sheets)
  • 1Fresh mango
  • 120 gmsSugar
  • 100 mlEvaporated milk

Preparation

  1. Soak gelatine sheets in cold water for 30 minutes
  2. Heat mango pulp, milk and sugar in a pan
  3. When hot, remove gelatine sheets from the water and add
  4. Cut fresh mango into small pieces and add to mixture
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Pour into cups and chill for four hours
  7. Serve with a spoon or two of evaporated milk
