Ingredients
- 10Lamb cutlets
 - 1 tbspOlive oil
 - 1 cloveGarlic, minced
 - ½ tspGaram masala
 - ½ tspSalt
 - ½ tspPepper powder
 - 1 tbspGhee
 - 100 gmsOnions, sliced
 - 1 cloveGarlic, minced
 - ½ tspGaram masala
 - 1 cupRice, washed
 - ½ cupLentils, soaked
 - Salt
 
Preparation
- Take lamb cutlets and add oil, garlic, salt, spice powder and pepper powder and marinate for 1 hour
 - Grill on each side for 10 minutes
 - Heat ghee and fry sliced onions till soft
 - Remove most of the onions leaving behind a little
 - Add garlic, spice powder and salt
 - Add washed rice and stir to coat
 - Add lentils and stir
 - Add 2 cups of water, bring to boil and then simmer till all water is absorbed and rice and lentils are cooked
 - To serve, heap rice, decorate with fried onions and place cutlets on top
