A Tex-mex beef dish rolled up in a tortilla with guacamole

Ingredients
- 500 gmsRump Steak
 - 1 tspRed chilli powder
 - 1 tspPaprika
 - 1 tspCumin powder
 - 1 tbspGarlic powder
 - 1 tbspDried oregano
 - ½ tspGround pepper
 - 1 tspSalt
 - 1Onion, thickly sliced
 - 1Red capsicum, thickly sliced
 - Guacamole
 - 1Avocado
 - ½Onion, finely diced
 - ½Tomato, finely diced
 - 1 tbsplemon juice
 - ½ tspRed chilli powder
 - Salt
 - 10Tortillas
 
Preparation
- Slice rump steak into strips, add all dry powdered spices and marinate for 1 hour
 - Heat oil and fry steak strips till brown
 - Add onions and capsicum and saute till both are soft
 - Take off heat and keep aside
 - Mash avocado and add all other ingredients and mix
 - Warm tortillas on a pan individually
 - Heap beef fajitas on a tortilla, add guacamole and roll
