Beef Fajitas

Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 500 gmsRump Steak
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1 tbspDried oregano
  • ½ tspGround pepper
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1Onion, thickly sliced
  • 1Red capsicum, thickly sliced
  • Guacamole
  • 1Avocado
  • ½Onion, finely diced
  • ½Tomato, finely diced
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • ½ tspRed chilli powder
  •  Salt
  •  
  • 10Tortillas

Preparation

  1. Slice rump steak into strips, add all dry powdered spices and marinate for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil and fry steak strips till brown
  3. Add onions and capsicum and saute till both are soft
  4. Take off heat and keep aside
  5. Mash avocado and add all other ingredients and mix
  6. Warm tortillas on a pan individually
  7. Heap beef fajitas on a tortilla, add guacamole and roll
