Savoury beef mince in large pasta tubes in white sauce

Ingredients
- 500 gmsBeef mince
 - 1Onion, chopped
 - 1Carrot, grated
 - ½Leek, sliced
 - 2 clovesGarlic, crushed
 - 2 tspChilli flakes
 - 200 gmsMushrooms, sliced
 - 400 gmsCanned diced tomatoes
 - 1 cupRed wine
 - 200 gmsButter
 - 250 gmsCannelloni tubes
 - 2 cupsTasty cheese, grated
 - ½Parmesan, grated
 - 2 tbspPlain flour
 - 2 cupsMilk
 - Salt
 - Ground Pepper
 
Preparation
- Heat oil and 50gms butter in a pan and fry chopped onions, garlic, leek and chilli flakes till soft
 - Add mince and cook till browned
 - Add mushrooms, tomatoes and wine
 - Add salt to taste
 - Bring to boil and simmer for an hour
 - Melt 100 gms of butter and add the plain flour
 - Add salt and ground pepper. Mix together and then gradually add milk to make a white sauce
 - Use the remaining butter to rub on to a large ovenproof dish
 - Stuff mince mixture into cannelloni tubes and lay in dish
 - Add white sauce, sprinkle with tasty cheese and then the parmesan
 - Put in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes.
